Pet friendly self-contained accommodation near the village of Deepwater featuring a Border Leicester stud and merino commercial sheep and cattle property in the New England Region of NSW nearby to Glen Innes, Tenterfield and Deepwater.

We have a minimum night stay of two nights.

You are free to come and go as you please, walk the paddocks, roam amongst the hills, go bird watching or sit on the verandah and enjoy the rural quietness. We are close to national parks, wineries, Deepwater Brewery or a quiet coffee at the local village.

A relaxing, quiet and peaceful stopover on a sheep and cattle property where you have your own cottage set in a quaint country garden all to yourself.

Take a relaxing stroll over the many kilometres of tracks or head to Mount Manbundi for a trek across the high country enjoying magnificent views, abundant wildlife and find the trigonometry station erected in the 1960’s.
